Weird application of WorkflowPolicy for portal_plonemeeting

Description

It seems that the WorkflowPolicy? portal_plonemeeting_policy applied on the portal_plonemeeting tool behave wrongly. For example, if you go to the site configuration and look at the portal_plonemeeting_policy WorkflowPolicy? and just save it, the site goes down...

It seems that every workflows are not defined, so, see why it works before we save the policy again and correct this...

Done. Now for every content type used in portal_plonemeeting a workflow is defined in the portal_plonemeeting_policy.
