At present, one can only define 4 document templates: a meeting-related document before and after the meeting is published, and an item-related document before ad after the meeting is published.
Now we need to have amore flexible approach and allow to define several meeting- or item-related document templates. For every such template, we specify the pod template and a condition or permission.
Visually, when clicking on a document icon (PDF for example), if only one template is available (according to the defined permission or condition) the document will be generated and downloaded; else, a subMenu will show the titles of the available templates. Clicking on one of them will download the doc.
Here are some examples of document types: "meeting agenda", "meeting decisions", "not decided item", "decided item", "document de cloture (EFCF)", "PV (MeetingCommunes?)".
