Rename the ItemCollege class to MeetingItem

Description

To fullfit the PloneMeeting? naming "rules", we should rename the ItemCollege? class and dependencies (interfaces, adapters, ...) to a more PloneMeeting? style naming like MeetingItem?.

Done. There are still some renaming actions that must occur, but they will be done incrementally, as other features are implemented.
